These terms and conditions shall apply to all orders for goods received by VitaLike™ in the EEC.
VitaLike™ is a trading name of Farmabiotic Ltd, Farmabiotics Ltd herein shall be referred to
as FB. No other conditions whether or not inconsistent with these conditions shall apply.
It is very important that you read and understand them. These conditions do not affect your
statutory rights. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and supersede
all previous editions. We will be most happy to answer any queries you may have

Acceptance of Orders
All orders are accepted by FB subject to these conditions of sale. No variation of these conditions
will be accepted unless previously agreed in writing by the Director or the General Manager of FB.
Orders will only be binding upon receipt of written confirmation from FB, who reserves the right
to refuse any order. In the event of any pricing error occurring within this website, within any
fax or e-mail correspondence however received, all incomplete orders shall be deemed void.
Customer's Authority
Customers entering into transactions with FB expressly warrant that they are authorised to accept
and are accepting these conditions not only for themselves but also as agents for and on behalf
of all other persons who are, or may become, interested in FB’s goods or products, whether
in whole or part.
Payment
We accept payment through credit and debit cards, cheque, postal order and Go and Pay
(EIRE Customers only). If you are shopping from outside the Euro zone, place your order and your
credit card company or bank will convert the transaction to your own currency. Payments can be
accepted in Sterling Pounds and Euro. If you don't want to pay by credit or debit card, then just
place your order, select the order form icon at the check out, print out the order form and send
it to us with a cheque or postal order made out to "VitaLike™".
Trade / Wholesale customers may pay by credit/debit cards only at time of placing an order.
Trade / Wholesale customers can apply for a credit limit, FB will asses your company details
and provide you with the appropriate credit limit and time based on trading history.
Otherwise invoices must be paid by credit card at the time of purchasing. All orders for
goods are subject to stock availability. If we do not supply goods to you for any reason, we
will inform you of the situation and will not charge you for those goods, and will refund
any money already paid by you for these goods. We are not liable for any financial loss incurred
by you relating to interest payments, or loss of earnings, or similar gains you would have received
on monies paid to us in lieu of an un-fulfilled order.
Credit Card Security
FB uses Protx 3D secure server for card payments. All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted in
the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they
reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website and we do not have access to your
card details.
Prices
All prices quoted or displayed are in GB Pounds and EUR Euros and shall be the price including of VAT
(applies only to non EIRE customers) and excluding delivery, set out on the website at the time your order
is placed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in, or the
imposition of new taxes or duties. If due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on our
website is wrong, we have the right to terminate an order provided the goods have not been dispatched.
We will try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, but should an error occur,
we would inform you of the correct price and give you an opportunity to cancel the order. Please note that
the prices quoted are subject to availability and FB reserves the rights to refund the payments to you if the
database processes your order in error. Every effort will be made to maintain a stable supply and pricing policy
subject to market conditions and variations. FB reserves the right to alter prices without notice explanation
or notification. We will be pleased to confirm our latest prices by telephone.

Cancellation of an Order
FB reserves the right to cancel or amend any order, once accepted, without penalty. The customer
may cancel an order without penalty only before we have processed it. Where such cancellation or
amendment is accepted it is on the understanding that a cancellation or amendment charge may be levied.
Retention of Title
All goods supplied by FB to the customer shall remain the property of FB until such time as FB
receives payment in full for the goods and of all other monies due to FB from the customer.
Until such payment as aforesaid is received, the separate identity of those goods shall be
maintained by the customer. After delivery of the goods to the customer or his nominated
sub-purchaser, the goods shall be at the customer's risk and the customer shall insure those
goods against loss or damage.
Until such time as title in the goods shall pass to the customer in accordance with the foregoing
provisions, FB shall be entitled at any time to repossess the goods whether with or without
notice and FB and its employees or agents shall have the right at any time to enter upon the
premises of the customer for the purpose of effecting such repossession.
Force Majeure
FB will not be liable to you for any failure or delay in performance of our contract,
if it is due to an event beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation,
acts of God, war, industrial dispute, fire, flood, tempest and national emergencies and if
so delayed we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performing such obligations.
No Warranty
Goods are supplied according to the descriptions and specifications given by the manufacturer.
FB and its employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the goods
unless strictly confirmed in writing. In entering into this agreement you acknowledge that you do not
rely on any such representation to complete your purchase with us. We make no warranty as the suitability
of any goods for any particular purpose. Food supplements are not medicines, thus FB cannot and are not
authorised to guarantee results. In entering into this agreement you acknowledge that there are no
guarantees for the purpose of the goods.
Deliveries
Every effort will be made to supply orders promptly. FB will not accept responsibility for suspension
or delay in deliveries or for the consequences thereof. In general the price quoted is for delivery
to the reception desk and/or ground floor at the stated delivery address. We use Royal Mail and Business
Post to deliver our goods. A signature will not be required if you have opted for standard 1st class
delivery, FB takes a certificate of posting from Royal Mail for every order as proof that the orders
has been dispatched. A signature will be required at the time of delivery if you are a business account
customer. FB will not accept responsibility for suspension or delay in deliveries nor for the consequences
thereof once the goods have left our premises by any of our nominated carriers.
Standard Post
Royal mail has a 99% turnover rate for successfully delivering posts by 1st Class within 1 to 2 days
in mainland UK. For EIRE and European customers, Royal Mail uses the Airmail service to deliver
within 3-4 working days and for rest of the world Royal Mail delivers within 5 days.
We Will Never Guarantee a Delivery Time
In our experience our delivery partners do a great job and we rarely have delivery problems.
Proof of Posting
All orders are sealed and packed in a bubble lined jiffy bag for safe delivery. EVERY ITEM OF
POSTING BEING DISPATCHED IS RECORDED AND STAMPED BY ROYAL MAIL AS EVIDENCE OF YOUR ORDER BEING
DISPATCHED.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the
option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Receipt of Goods
Receipt of Goods should be signed for as "unexamined". It is the responsibility of the recipient at
the customers ' premises or on behalf of the customer to count and check that all boxes and goods that
are delivered are as per the accompanying delivery note. Any damages or shortages must be reported
immediately by phone and in writing within THREE working days of delivery, otherwise no claim will be
considered. The complete packaging must be retained if pilfering is suspected or if breakage has occurred.
Shortfalls cannot be rectified if these procedures are not strictly adhered to.
Money back guarantee
Money back guarantee applies to the SlimLike™ Challenge only. In order to qualify for the

Returns Policy
Customers who purchase from our website have 14 days in which to return unwanted items back.
Returns must be in the whole original pack supplied directly from the Company and it will only
be accepted if there is no tampering of the actual product seal. In the event of the customer
not being entirely satisfied with their purchase, notification must be received no later than
14 days from the date of delivery. A credit/refund will NOT be issued if this condition is not met.
Goods will not be accepted for return, if any tamper evident seals have been broken. Returned goods
must be accompanied by copy of your invoice or a letter which must give details of customer name,
address, and the invoice number.
Goods accepted will unless otherwise agreed, will be subject to a handling charge at the rate of 15% of the
value of the goods returned.
Non-Delivery
An invoice or receipt is usually sent together with the goods or a day after the goods have been
dispatched. Most of our goods are dispatched on a next day basis. In the event of non-arrival of
goods, customers must inform FB within FIVE days of the invoice date,
otherwise no claim will be considered
Proper Law
All contracts made with FB shall be governed by and construed according to the English Law and the
purchaser submits to the jurisdiction of the English courts. These terms of trade will prevail over
any conditions that shall be issued by the customer. The customer should not rely on any representations
made by staff as they do not form part of the contract or collateral contract.
E&OE
Any typographical, clerical other omissions or errors however made, in any of FB's
literature, quotations, price lists, invoices or any other documents or information
supplied by the company shall be subject to correction without any liability on the company's part.

maintained with utmost care. This information is required for the sole purpose of easing and enhancing
